Technical Troubleshooting


If you are looking to work in Technical Troubleshooting then you may be responsible for managing digital advertising campaigns and technically supporting the advertising operations team by troubleshooting technical issues, usually associated with ad server migration. This type of role usually requires a methodical thinker who can identify and solve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.




Working as a Technical Troubleshooter may include the following duties:


  • Assisting the team with technical enquiries and following up on technical issues
  • Ensuring that campaigns run smoothly and are trafficked effectively
  • Working with the sales team to ensure campaigns are delivered in full and on time
  • Maintaining good relationships with internal and external contacts




Experience in some or all of the following may be required:


  • Working in an Advertising Operations team
  • Solving technical issues
  • Working with click and impression macros
  • Solving debug delivery issues across web, video and mobile


Skills and Qualifications

  • Time management

  • Strong mathematical ability
  • A degree may be helpful; ideally in online marketing or advertising
