Online Traffic



The main responsibility of a role in Online Traffic can be to accurately traffic campaigns for sites to help maximise revenue. This can include creating inventory, maintaining and communicating technical specifications to sales, clients and agencies, securing and testing campaign creative, accurately scheduling ads in software, troubleshooting ads issues in a live environment and monitoring campaign performance. The position can be involved in the decision making regarding process improvement and can play an important part in campaign optimisation determinations.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree helpful
  • Experience in an online traffic role and in an ad sales environment
  • Experience with scheduling ads into an ad server
  • Knowledge of Flash, Rich Media and DHTML
  • Familiarity with online advertising principles and Internet Technologies
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of website basics such as standard web terms and industry ad standards
