Account Management

 

Account Managers working in Digital Advertising are generally responsible for managing portfolios of assigned accounts, including retaining clients.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain good account relationships, ensuring that customer needs are understood and expectations exceeded
  • Manage the account, including pricing and billing
  • Ensure client contact is maintained regularly
  • Sell new advertising and products wherever possible

 

Experience and Qualifications

  • Degree in sales, communication or related field helpful
  • Previous sales experience
  • Telephone sales experience
  • Knowledge of sales best practices and sales metrics
  • Strong computer skills
