Account Management
Account Managers working in Digital Advertising are generally responsible for managing portfolios of assigned accounts, including retaining clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain good account relationships, ensuring that customer needs are understood and expectations exceeded
- Manage the account, including pricing and billing
- Ensure client contact is maintained regularly
- Sell new advertising and products wherever possible
Experience and Qualifications
- Degree in sales, communication or related field helpful
- Previous sales experience
- Telephone sales experience
- Knowledge of sales best practices and sales metrics
- Strong computer skills
